Yes. Moiki EDU is hosted in France and published by ZWYK Studio. No data is transferred outside the European Union. The platform follows the data protection framework for minors: minimal data collection, no advertising trackers, no data resale. Read more
Yes, wherever that integration exists. In France, Moiki EDU is connected to the national resource access manager (GAR), so students sign in from their usual school workspace without creating an extra account. Elsewhere, availability depends on the systems in use in your country — contact us and we will look at it with you.
No. No advertising, no advertising trackers, no data resale. The business model rests entirely on subscriptions. It is a founding commitment of ZWYK Studio.
In France, on secure servers. Student data is protected in line with the GDPR.
Your stories and content belong to you. Before cancelling, you can export them to keep them and replay them outside the platform. After cancellation, your data is kept for 90 days (a grace period), then permanently deleted. You can ask for early deletion at any time.

The Eco plan is bought online by bank card. The Master plan can be paid by card, by transfer or on a purchase order (the standard procedure for public institutions). Request a quote
No, it is free with no time limit. What is counted are the projects you run with your students: one reading session and one writing session per school year. You prepare your workshops and your class freely, nothing is consumed before a session is launched, and a confirmation warns you at that point.
With the Eco plan, the subscription is individual. For several teachers, the Master plan fits better: you buy as many seats as you have teachers, at €35 per seat per year, with a decreasing rate beyond 5 and 10 seats.
No. The collaborative workshop, where a whole class writes one shared story split into fragments, requires an Eco or Master subscription. You can prepare it freely on the free plan; it is launching it as a session that is reserved for the paid plans.
Within a writing workshop, yes, on any plan. Free creation, outside any workshop, requires an Eco or Master subscription.

No. You write a passage, then pick from a menu what comes next: a choice, a puzzle, an ending. The story graph builds itself as you go and helps you find your way. Teachers and students get to grips with the tool in 15 minutes. In pilot sessions with 14-year-olds, the first story was created in an hour and a half. How it works

No. The editor is visual: you write, you choose what comes next from a menu, and the story draws itself. Advanced features such as variables, conditions and inventory are configured through forms.

Yes. A story exports as a standalone web page, which replays in any browser with no account and no installation. Other export formats are available depending on the plan.
To play the stories, no: a simple link or class code is enough. To create stories (writing workshops), a student account is needed. Where the school workspace integration is available, signing in happens through it with no extra account.
Yes. The platform is responsive: stories play on computer, tablet and phone. The creation editor works better on a computer or tablet (a bigger screen), but reading is optimised for every format.
Yes. The editor lets you add images, sounds and sound atmospheres to your stories. Media can be uploaded or picked from built-in royalty-free libraries.

Yes. Remote training is included with the Master plan (one hour by video call). For area-wide rollouts, we train "champion" teachers who then take over. We also run occasional workshops and webinars.
